I had a wonderful dining experience, for my appetizer I had the sautéed scallops with olive tapenade. The scallops were... beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. And for my main I had the duck with A maple honey demi-glaze. The duck wasperfectly pink and the demi-glaze was delicious.
