This is the second time my pizza has sat at the store for over 30 mins after being ready for delivery and I had to wait an hour... for it before they finally brought it. It was cold and hard. I would not recommend this dominos. Read more

I accidentally put the wrong address in online and an hour later it told me that they wouldn?t deliver to that location, I... wanted a refund and I made a Review online stating that I needed a refund because I couldn?t go get it due to babysitting. Icalled the store and they asked for my address and I told them I?d call back or order again with the right address and so Ifound the actual address and ordered online and they canceled the order, I called and the manager Donnie went off on me sayinghow he canceled it because of my ?bad review? and told me they tried to call back ?7 times? when I never got any calls. He thengave me attitude when I pointed out that I got no calls. Giving one star because he told me he?d make my order but to ?not do itagain because I wasted the first order? but it was a mistake and I told them it was. Finally got my food almost two hours later.Thanks Donnie you?re a great manager! Read more

Drivers are the only reason you didn't get a 1star review... My last order I was sent a pizza with no cheese when I had ordered... cheese. This time I got a salad that expired 3 days ago. Pizza was awful. Bread was drenched in garlic butter sauce. Missing side of sauce that was ordered. Just seemed like there... was no care in preparing the food. Read more

I placed an order just before closing. After saying my order was confirmed I received a notification that my order was... cancelled. No phone call. Nothing. Mind you my father currently drives for a different Dominos and he even said he has beenalone at times or he and one insider and they are required to provide a call explanation or fulfill your order if it issubmitted before 11pm. And so I call my local Ste Genevieve store to ask. I explained that I ordered before posted closing time.The employee described as Donald on my app when I ordered starts going on about short staffing and so he closed early. Whichwould have been fine except if your closed your telling me you can't make a phone call to a CUSTOMER to explain this? It wouldhave resulted in no bad review as well as satisfied my frustrations and what not. But no. All he did was make excuses. Iunderstand your alone. We all are at our jobs most of the time dude! I work at a gas station and have to clean, make pizzas,wait on customers, answer the phone and everything alone at times!! So for this to be the excuse I'm sorry but it was absolutelyrediculous. Little did you know my sister just was admitted to the hospital and I unexpectedly had her kids at my home. So Iattempted to order them a late dinner. Yes I can cook for them but since my local Dominos is supposed to be staffed until 11 andweren't I got an attitude and absolute unprofessionalism. Next time you close early, make a phone call!! Keep the customershappy and coming back!! Don't make excuses. It's petty and immature. Not to mention uncalled for. Tomorrow corporate and I willalso be having a chat on employees customer service skills because obviously either this manager or the company has failed theirworkers. Shame on Dominos for being lazy and unprofessional. Hopefully next time you handle this situation differently. I meancome on make a quick phone call!!
