The worst customer service experience I ever had - still missing my food. Not only did they not give my pizza to the driver,... but when I went to get it myself the manager told me that I need to take it up with door dash and (with my pizza in hand) herefused to give it to me. With now 1 of my 2 pizzas missing and my food growing cold at home I called pizza pizza main line,spoke with someone who wouldn't help me. I asked to speak with a manager and they hung up on me. I will never order pizza fromthese crooks ever again. Never have I met such an inhuman manager as the one at the 240 cure labelle location. How Pizza Pizzacan you have pride in a business when your store manager doesn't want to fill your orders and leave your clients with half theorder cold, wasting their time and gas to go to the store yourself to get it? Such a test-less pizza, it seemed they stretched the pizza with their legs, I got thin crust pizza which I didn?t order, it was... like you put toppings on a pita and put it in the oven, that?s it no more pizza from this location and no more from any pizzapizza really so disappointed. Read more

Worse pizza pizza you can find. My sister is Celiac therefore whenever we order from other locations, we always ask that the... breaded wings and fries are kept separate from the regular wings that she can eat. This store put it all together so it iscontaminated (sister is very sensitive to gluten) after we mentioned the intolerance to gluten. We called Pizza Pizza deliverycenter and they understood the intolerance and called the store to issue a replacement to be delivered. Waited an hour nodelivery was done. We called again they issued another replacement, waited 30min nothing arrived. We called again and turns outthe manager at this location is just being hard headed and refusing to put the regular wings in a box alone and doesn't want tolisten to the corporate manager on the customer service line that is issuing the order. Worst pizza pizza ever. You lost ourweekly business my man just because you were cheap and hard headed.
