Reviews for Thaî Cité - Thai - Cambodian - Vietnamese - BYOB - Apporte in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, QC
I did T/A at 21.30 this week. I ordered Pad Thai, It was absolutely good size and taste was fine enough. I paid 17 dollars. The... reason for 2 stars is the man in the front. He was unfriendly!!!! The most unfriendly man that I have ever met in Quebec. Read more
Negative zero star. The male waiter was unequivocally has the worst customer service ever. He discriminates non-french speaking... customers. Such as an ignorant jerk. Read more
There's only one non-smiling guy who was taking orders/serving who rudely pointed to us our table. Then gave us an attitude when... my wife asked for a no-egg fried rice. Absolute garbage in customer service. When he continued with his rudeness. We just stoodup and left. Read more
We had takeout and we were extremely satisfied, authentic tasting, large portions, well packaged. The sauces were wisely... seperated from the dry noodle in the fried Bangkok Noodle meal and for the general tao meal the sauce was also in a seperatecontainer which allowed the large and lightly breaded chicken to stay crispy until we were ready to eat. We also had the chickenphad thai, which was also very well done with fresh chicken and vegetables. The fried won ton was very crispy and tasty. I wouldalso like to say thank you to the lady who took our order. She was very pleasant and helpful. I will definately recommend thisrestaurant. Read more
Very unassuming Thai restaurant, really more Cambodian style. The flavors of the food were excellent, we had two Pad Thais #28... and Pork and Vegetables with Ginger Sauce #22. I added photos but we were hungry and so there is little left. Please note theportions are not large but the food is good. The view of the St. Lawrence River right out the restaurant is great. This place is a definite pass. Service was ok, server was unwelcoming but efficient. Had the Table d?Hote soup was wonton and... tasted like it was out of a can. Spring rolls were very crispy, not burnt but well done. My main course was very disappointing. It was a medley of shrimp and ?crab? with mixed vegetables in a dried noodle nest. First off the ?crab? was imitation crab. If amenu advertises crab in a dish and I am expected to pay for crab then it should be crab! If its not real crab that should havebeen noted on the menu. If its not real crab I probably would not have ordered the dish. The sauce was basically a broth(vegetable ?) and not a sauce at all. Very bland no spice no flavor. Nothing at all like Thai food. My wife had Cashew Chicken, again same story. Same broth no flavor. Shrimp and chicken and vegetables were fresh and cooked well. If you?re looking forAsian food, pass this place by. Read more
Ordered take out. The Tom yum soup was nothing like Tom yum. It was a mixed vegetable soup at best. Tim Horton's vegetable soup... tastes better than this. Pad Thai didn't taste like pad Thai, it was very blend. Had tummy issue after eating. Wouldn'trecommend. Very poor quality food, not authentic. Save your money and toilet paper for something else.
