Such a gem in the Laurentians! It?s hard to find good ethnic and Asian food when you leave the city and I CRAVE authentic foods.... We love this place - the broth of the pho is so fragrant and flavourful, the summer rolls are fresh and taste just like homefood. The banh mi is always delicious with fresh baguette that makes a delightful flaky mess when you eat it ???? some of thebest food in town. I ordered fried spring roll and pho. Spring roll was served after it was microwaved. I have never experienced an Asian... restaurant who serves microwaved spring rolls. I knew this restaurant?s pho is a bit different from typical pho restaurantsbased on pictures but I gave a try and I regretted. Soup was not hot enough and tasted unusual spices. Best tom yum broth ever. Also the banh mi were absolutely delicious made with very fresh ingredients, including the fluffy and... crispy bread. Very authentic.
