By far the worst customer service I have ever received at a waffle house. From the moment we walked the ladies working had a... chip on their shoulder. The one lady nearly took my head off when we went to sit at a table that was clear, but hadn't beenwiped. So I asked her if she was having a good day. She didn't like that to much, because she got very rude. Then when ourserver was taking our order she was very short, and bitter. I must say our server was kind and prompt. He did a great job, but the restaurant was filthy, especially the restroom. The... restroom has been neglected long enough for a full ring to develop in the toilet. The sink basin was stained. The corners of theentire restaurant were caked in sludge as were the floor drains in the dining room. The return vent cover was coated in dust.The floor has not been mopped in days. The grout is severely stained. The walls are stained and dirty. This is from long termneglect and a lack of training and supervision. Read more
When I initially entered the building the waitress very aggressively told us ?do not sit at a table.? After placing our order we... did not receive drinks for 20 mins. After asking for our drinks multiple times they eventually started ignoring us, and thenasked us to leave after assuming that we were talking about them. We weren?t!!!!!!! It was very upsetting and I have never beentreated like that in a restaurant by STAFF. Read more
This restaurant is trash. They claim to be a 24 hour restaurant however I just walked in and they stated that they are not a 14... hour restaurant. After traveling all day and needing a bite to eat, turns out they are only an 18 hour, at best, restaurant. Do not spend your hard earned money there. Read more

Look this is a waffle house not some fancy continental restaurant but this is the best waffle house I have been to. I am rating... this in terms of waffle houses not comparing michelin starred finw diningvto this. This waffle house has very little staff turnover and Donna and Vaughn are the very best service staff you could get anywhere. Its busy because they are the best of the 4nearby waffle houses. Read more
