Had a low country boil, and there was no sausage. When we asked for cocktail sauce, we got this weird jello-mold-looking thing,... not cocktail sauce. Drinks were fantastic, servers were friendly and attentive. Food left a lot to be desired. 3 stars. Read more

Gnats used to be amazing. First place I would eat on my annual visit to St. Simons Island. Their salmon and scallops on their... signature slaw was top drawer. Last three times, new owners, gradually went downhill. Yesterday it was just plain bad food.Service still friendly and fast. But the food was greasy, over fried, pieces of overcooked chicken were mixed with the friedpickles. The chips were dripping with grease. Onion pie swimming in grease. No more salmon or scallops. It has become more of abar with food an afterthought in my recent experience. Read more

Fish and grits were great. Service was even better ( thanks Anna)! A laid back atmosphere and cool eclectic decor. One of the... best places to eat on the island. Read more

Have been excited to go there and the service was really good, friendly and attentive. Burger was good, but not special, fish... was ok, because seasoning quite strong, best were the wings. A bit shocking was the beer price 6.00-6.50 for domestic, quiteexpensive. For 2 adults and 2 kids we paid 100 bucks incl. tip .... found too much. Read more

One of the great jewels of the Saint Simon Island. You can taste the freshness of the seafood wit each bite. The pricing is... outrageously low for the volume of food and taste that you receive. Can?t wait to go back this fall and try the rest of themenu. Read more
