Was absolutely blown away by the foul language coming from 4 of the staff members. Sure was glad there was no little children in... restaurant at this time. Then to watch 1 of the staff members squirt another one with bleach water by fry station. Then tolisten to several of them make fun of customers in drive thur. Will never return to this restaurant again. Read more

Most of the time when we go here, there's a long line in the drive thru. It's worth it tho, the food is amazing.

Just got an Apple Pecan salad at the drive thru, and drove all the way home to find out no dressing, pecans or fork! The... dressing is necessary for this salad and I don?t have anything to put on it. How hard is it to get this right?! Read more

I was interested in trying to come apply for management. I didn't know my lady had called them. I decided to inquire about... something so I chose to call during a time they weren't in the middle of a rush (HAD TO DIAL TWICE ONE HAD NO ANSWER) and I hada rather rude male who said for me to stop calling the store. I confused told him I was inquiring about application to which hestated to go to the website. He was rather brash and I had to call twice which I will not be trying to work for an establishmentthat gets mad at a number calling them a total of 3 times (1 was not me, another was they didn't answer at all and then thethird I was told rudely not to call the store again.) heard loud and clear sir I will not try and work for your establishmentfirst impressions are pretty important and that did not leave a good one. Horrible customer service. Night crew is the worst. They don't care about the customer's that late at night, it's all play..some... people work all day, and it's the only place open. Shouldn't have to have poor customer service just because it's late night. Ifyou want to eat Wendy's, don't go at night!! It's horrible.. Read more

Have been there many times and ordered well done bacon. Today I was told it comes out how it comes out. Well, it comes out for... someone else, as I will take my business elsewhere. If you can't make it the way the customer wants it within reason, then youdon't deserve our money. Read more

I just would like to give notice to the management of one of their employees. I would like to give a praise of good work to... your front counter employee Angel. She has such great people skills and is such a pleasant person to deal with. She should behighly considered for a promotion of assistant manager or manager. With how well she deals with delays in orders and greatpeople skills. Read more

Every time I place an order on the Mobil app, the Wendy?s in St Robert has an issue. Every other Wendy?s has been great with it... but I?ve had the St Robert Wendy?s try to charge me twice, yelled at me because I moved to the next window (after already paying& sitting at the pay window for about 5 minutes without anyone opening the window to talk to me - this was a different time),and now tonight, they refused to give me my food or give me my money back, when I placed my order before they closed & arrived afew minutes after they closed. I explained that I had already paid & therefore, I only needed to pick up my food & in a rudemanner, the lady informs me there?s nothing she can do and I?d have to wait to talk to the manager tomorrow. So how am Isupposed to prove that they refused to give me my food or money back? I guess the app needs to not take your order or payment ifit?s too close to the store?s closing time. Also, the St Robert store has some rude female staff working there. Read more
