This place is 3 star but because of value this place offers, I am giving 5! Has about 8 Tepanyaki (Hibachi) tables and small... dinning area. Sushi is decent, lack slight flavor but rice was cooked right firmness, sushi and rolls were good. We were therefor lunch and value of lunch was excellent, even for dinner price was very good. We came back for second time for Hibachi. Food was cooked with the right flavor, maybe due to many waiting and being lunch, the process seemed rushed and lack someshowman ship but the chef next to us was great. BUT, the price point is unbeatable! Starting $11 to $17 for Combo (2X amongsteak, chicken, shrimp, scallop, salmon), that is almost 50% of what I pay for dinner at my area. Overall, it was good $100 Ispent on Sushi and $100 for Hibachi! Server was prompt and friendly, I will visit again, when I am in the area. Read more

Phenomenal food and service was better than I've experienced in years, thank you Cassidy. We ate with a family of 7 and that... alone can be a challenge but the restaurant was very prepared and didnt treat us like a burden as we often get that attitudewhen we eat out. We visited Ft Leonardwood for a Marine event. We are all a foodie. So we were excited to tried the restaurants in the area.... Every place the locals referred us to was a disappointment. However, this place was the ONLY place we enjoyed. The food isfresh, the atmosphere was relaxing. The service is top notch and to top all that off the owner is an amazing gentleman. He iswas polite in answering all questions. The guy was extremely friendly. His personality wasn't arrogant, he seem to be humble. Isat and watched his staff worked, especially the sushi experts, poured love into making each roll. This place is the best partof our visit. Will definitely drop in, if in the area again.. The hibachi side was definitely 5 stars. The staff were amazing and the food was fantastic and fresh. It was also entertaining... to watch them cook the food and do some tricks. They were also really good with kids. I would definitely recommend the hibachiside here and go again. If you're lucky, people around you end up talking to you and you get to meet new people and have funsocializing. It was pretty expensive but definitely worth what you pay for because it's a lot of food. The dinning side howeveris definitely NOT worth it. It's the same price as the hibachi side but you get less food and it does not taste the same. Therice tasted as if it was sitting for a long time with no seasonings or flavor. Not even adding sauce helped change it. The foodwas also cold and I noticed I only got 4 bites of the steak I ordered...there was no way that was the whole steak. It felt as ifI was being served last nights leftovers that needed to get used up. Dinning side was an extreme disappointment to me and awaste of my time and money. So we figured we'd try something different out here upon visiting our son. We called to get a resv. at 4:45 . they seated us... around 5 . and about 15 mins later they seated another family at our hibachi stove. So 1st off the place is a very nice place,nice ambience, clean , and full of some other patrons. Mostly all hibachi places are typically the same and although our chefwas good, there were a few tricks that we've seen at other places that he didn't do here. Not a big deal though. Pretty good food and includes sushi and hibachi in the back of the restaurant. We started off with the Beef Negimaki which had... great flavor but it did have a lot of sauce that they were sitting on. We had the Alligator Roll, a Deep Sea Bomb Roll, aFutomaki Roll, and a Tiger Roll. All were really good and good portions for the price. Service with a smile since I walked in. Super friendly and attentive. Every time I'm in the area, I do make it a point to stop... in. Keep in mind though, I have not been on the hibachi side, but I have heard good things, and everyone sounds like they arehaving a great time. I eat on the sushi side and have never had a complaint. The sushi roll I had was really good and the scallops and shrimp were very well seasoned and good. Except the cook told the kids... at the table to blow on the food on the hibachi to blow out the volcano fire for one of their birthdays. I thought since weweren’t wearing masks because we were eating and since we were about to eat the vegetables and rice they were blowing on. Idid talk to the staff and they said they’re going to talk to him about it doing that. Read more
