Definitely THE place for manly meat in St Roberts/Waynesville area. My Rib Eye was a perfect Medium Rare. The sides of baked... potato and BBQ Beans were awesome! My husband had the Carnivore Steak burger and Mac and Cheese which was cooked perfectly and he really enjoyed it. I had the... Sirloin Steak, baked potato (twice-baked), Mac n Cheese which was all delicious! Very nice, clean restaurant with GreatService! Hands down the best restaurant in the area! It has a great atmosphere, great food, and absolutely the best service. You can tell... the people here really enjoy their jobs and it seems like such a fun place to work. The food is great and their prices reflectthat and it?s so worth it! Both times I?ve been, we had conversations with the owner who?s super friendly. They have a specialSunday brunch menu (until 3:00pm) that has lower prices and is of course, still amazing! We went back for the third time (in atwo week period) yesterday for Sunday brunch, but when we walked in, the hostess told us that they completely sold out of food.Rightfully so! From being greeted by the owner Gerry to the phenomenal service delivered by our waitress Cynthia, Carnivores was an experience... that leaves you captivated. The tacos trio were some of the best hard shell tacos I've had. The steak burger brought me backhome with melt in your mouth sirloin, and the old fashioned was hands down the best I've had in a while. I am anticipating mynext visit to try their other menu items. Oh wow! What a hidden gem. Kimberly was our server, she did an amazing job The taking care of us and explaining everything!! The... carnivore mac cheese amazing! A large entree was enough for all 4 of us! Steak was right on, perfectly done, and tastedamazing. Was even given a choice of butter flavoring to cook in, baked beans were amazing! Very large serving for the reasonableprices! Even had several choices of house BBQ sauces! Also speciality mixed drinks were only $5. Would make a special trip tocome back! This place came highly recommended as a place to eat before we left town and I'm glad we went by there. Food was amazing, my... advice is get there early. We were there before they opened and waited. The place is kinda small on the inside and after lessthan 20 minutes of being open the place was almost packed out. We had the burnt ends platter, Carnivores burger, pulled porksandwich and the Wagyu steak and everyone loved their meal. Read more
