I just tried Wing Stop for the first time today. I ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich, fries, and a soda. When I arrived they... were finishing it up and everything was hot and fresh. When it told the guy working there that it was my first time trying it hewas shocked and asked what flavors I wanted to try. I asked for a recommendation and he got me two boneless wings. One inCarolina BBQ and one in their spicy BBQ and both were delicious. He also recommended some Cajun seasoning for my fries and thatwas delicious as well. As far as my sandwich, it was crispy and delicious. I tried their regular wing sauce in hot because thatis typically a good way to try out a new wing spot and the sauce was good and flavorful but nothing extraordinary. It did blendgreat with their ranch resulting in an overall great sandwich. I will likely get the Carolina BBQ next time or a variety ofwings to try out some additional flavors. Monday and Tuesday have $0.70 wings which is pretty solid. I will definitely beback. As a side note, the guy working there was great. Very friendly, big smile, great sense of humor, and seemed to take itpersonally that I have a great first experience. If he is still around next time I have to hire someone I may try to steal him.Overall a great lunch. Read more

They got my order wrong and I called to have it fixed. When I got there, I realized they had gotten the order wrong again. I... tried to explain this to them, but they blamed me. The way they talked to me was so rude and unprofessional that I left withoutany food. I never post reviews online but I was so upset at the way I was treated that I had to share my experience. For sure Iwill never order from here again and I hope no one else does. This is the Mid Rivers location. Read more

The food was ready way to early. Scheduled pick up was 515. I arrived at 459 and the food was already sitting on the cooling... rack. This is absolutely unacceptable because if I wasn't chronically early my food would have been sitting there for at least15 minutes if not longer and thus cold. If pick up is at a specific time don't make it so early it will be cold when it getspicked up. Teach your staff to time meal prep around the instore orders to avoid this terrible practice. Read more

Ordered online on 9/10 for a 9/11 dinner pickup. That store called me day of and said they were closing for lack of staff. This... I can appreciate. Referred me to different store in next town. They fulfilled order but missed items. Had to drive back.Partially my fault for not checking bag. Then I found out they charged me at both stores. Still trying to get refunded fromoriginal store. I love Wingstop. The Overland location does a FANTASTIC job of getting everything done on time and managing rushes. The O'Fallon... location does a decent job of staying on top of things. This new location is absolutely atrocious. I ordered 10 wings and friesfor an 11:30 PICKUP through the app. 15 minutes later, I'm FINALLY getting my order. Employees are slow-moving, unprofessional,and they don't even bother to wear the mask they're required to wear. They DO NOT CARE. My fries were COLD, and I had to ask forextra seasoning, after checking my order for mistakes. Never coming here again. Hopefully I can get some sort of compensation. Read more

Great service at this location. We drove here after finding the O'Fallon location dining room closed (sign on the door - next to... a big one in the window saying it was open). I'm glad this happened. This location is further away but much nicer in allrespects. Read more

After showing my military ID to the nice cashier who took my order, she needed manager Kayla to input the military discount.... She?d asked to see my military ID again. We told her the cashier already saw it and she insisted to see it again bc I can onlyassume she?s losing pay for me giving me a military discount. Take it up with corporate that you dislike giving governmentdiscounts. I can?t stand petty privileged women. Her attitude was super ugly. She tried turning ppl away from ordering bytelling them the wait is 45 minutes to an hour. She was heated when I went ahead and placed my order LOL. Companies shouldreally stay away from hiring ppl like her. Read more
