I have ordered a few times and have not been disappointed until yesterday. I was surprised after leaving it out the suggested... time and unwrapping the ham and planning and serving it at room temperature, I found that is was burned - the ham was black onthe outside and tasted burned. I was highly disappointed and needless to say, was very surprised that this wasn't caught whenit was wrapped at the store. Read more

Placed the order and paid for everything online days before the pickup date. Went to the facility to pick up the order and they... did not have half of the items that I had already paid for. Instead of prioritizing already paid for orders they simply sold theitems that were already paid for to any customer that came in for that particular item. Read more

I have ordered my bone in hams from this store for years and really liked the online ordering now in place. I was however, very... disappointed in my ham this time. I order huge hams so usually about $95. They no longer let you view the ham you're getting dueto Covid. Use to be you could view and accept or ask for a new ham. The ham I got for Easter was very fatty and "burned" on oneside. I would have never accepted it, especially not for $95. If customers are no longer allowed to view, I recommend changingthe packaging. I don't buy meat without looking at it so it seems reasonable to be able to view an expensive ham. Read more

I ordered a ham on 11/10/2020 from this store and spoke to Donna. I told her I needed a ham that would feed 11-16 people for... Christmas because our family was getting together on Christmas Eve and my son would pick up the ham on December 23rd. I askedher if she needed a payment or deposit over the phone and she said no. She said that was fine and I would receive an emailconfirmation. I called her back on 11/12/2020 because I didn't receive the confirmation and she said there was a glitch in thesystem. She confirmed our order again. I sent the store an email through their website on 11/16/2020 and never received a reply.When my son went on December 23rd to pick up the ham, he was told there wasn't any order? He was told they had 4 four poundhams available or one 10 pound ham. He took the ten pound ham as it was cheaper. I will NEVER order another ham from any of thestores. I've had Honey Baked Ham many times before when others brought it or had it. This is the first time I've bought one myself. The... workers did a great job of offering suggestions of what sides we should get for the group we were having. It's a bit of a drivefor us but will be worth doing it in the future. Read more
