On May 14, 2022. Around 1:15, I walked in, ordered and sat inside to eat. I witnessed several customers being talked to and... treated very unfairly, enough to almost get up and say, hey why don?t you be more patient and nicer with your customers. DOES NOT TAKE CHAIN COUPONS. The location is super clean but no one in it and only one employee during dinner rush. No coupon... sign is at the far corner of store so have to go all the way in before being notified that the owners don't care aboutcustomers. Left without ordering and won't be back. St Peters is full of wonderful restaurants that care about their customersand not just the bottom line. If they don't want to honor coupons they shouldn't be part of a chain. Read more
I was the only person in the place and felt extremely rushed. The employees were rushing around like crazy as if the place was... full. They were very short with me when asking what I wanted on my sandwiches. I had trouble understanding him because he wasbeing so short with me and he got very frustrated with me. Ordered and prepaided online. Told it would be ready at 540pm. When I arrived at 543pm I was told that I would have to wait in... line. I was confused and asked to employee to repeat. He told me that even though my order was marked ready in the app, he hadyet to start working on it. I then had to wait for a family of four (including a very indecisive preschooler) for my order to bestarted. In total, I waited over 20 mins in store for an app order, that should have been ready when I arrived according to thestatus. All this after this particular store not allowing the coupons and deals listed on the app. Which is not stated untilcheckout. EXTREMELY disappointed.
