You really can't mess up ice cream so that's pretty consistent I really don't bother the rest of the food however I have to say.... If you're ordering from an app good luck they close the drive-thru pickup a long time ago and now you have to drive through thedrive-thru just to get the app that you ordered in advance for your food it doesn't quite make sense and I don't understand whybut it makes a service stink 100%. Went here on my lunch since it?s right down the street. Never again. The boneless chicken was sooooooo hard and nasty. Pretty... sure they were old and they were supposed to be BBQ, but they were barely covered in sauce. They have cookie dough bites so Idecided to try them. They fried them SO HARD! This post is mainly about the customer service. The food is to the standard you would expect and is always consistent. Now the... reason for the 5 star review. I placed an online order with the oFallon location during regular hours and no one was there. Idrove over to this location who was a very busy. They got me through the line fast and the food was just as good as always. Itold them about O'Fallon and they were very apologetic and gave me a free drink card. They did not have to make up for themistakes of a different store but they did. That little extra bit of caring makes the difference to me. Support this location. Read more
I really wish I had taken pictures of our order but unfortunately it was devoured before I got the chance. Food was ok and so... were the slushies. We waited for about 20 minutes before the order was ready. If you're in a rush rather find another place toeat, otherwise it was ok. Leaves a horrid after taste but slushies were yummy. Read more
These employees need to be trained on cleanliness. Ordered at drive-thru and pulled up to the window and waited to pay. I could... see the female attempting to make what looked like sonic blasts from the ice cream machine. She seemed to be having a difficulttime and when she spilled ice cream over the side of the cup she scooped it BACK INTO THE CUP BAREHANDED. And then went aboutmaking other shakes. The male employee said something about the machine not working and her response was ?it wouldn?t do that ifyou actually cleaned it.? At this point there was absolutely no way I could eat anything from here. I left the drive-thrubefore accepting anything from that establishment. Fries are easiest thing to make a fast food place .. these fries in photo have been sitting all day. What happened to cook to... order? We come almost every day of the week for fries and this happens more times than none. I love Sonic. I love the app. I loathe this location. This was about the 10th we have visited this location and about the 10th... time they have messed up our order. Tonight we received a milk water chocolate shake and a blue raspberry lemonade slush withno blue raspberry and nerds? While we waited in the parking we watched multiple employees stand around and one laughing andwhat appeared to be joking around with his hat sideways. Our order was not taken correctly nor was it fulfilled correctly after trying to get the order fixed. There will be no more... visits here as there is no care or thought to doing this correctly.
