From the front door to the servers they were all very friendly. We had the most amazing server named Ms. Shelby. She took the... time to answer any and every question that I and my two friends asked her with a smile and she eagerly and kindly answered eachone. She made sure that we ordered exactly what we asked for. She was attentive to see if we needed anything else after ourmeals were served. She gave us top notch service from beginning to end. Prepandemic my husband and I would come in almost weekly. We came in the other day for the first time the menu has completely... changed very humdrome. Instead of the Hickory bourbon chicken we used to order now we just got two pieces of chicken with somekind of spice on it. The bartender /server was ridiculous. When I told him, the food was still hard and maybe not cookedcompletely. Instead taking it and getting it correctly His response was well.. I guess look at it this way you've gone to thesalad bar twice and then you still get to take her food home to cook and eat it. Not the experience I wanted obviously. Iexplained the only reason I had went back to the salad bar, not that it was his business. Was because the food was uncooked anda little risky to eat. My friend and I went to dinner here this past Friday at 7pm. We waited over 10 minutes to even have someone come over to take... our drink order. When the server finally came over, he was completely unkept and looked dirty. I couldn?t believe that anestablishment would allow employees that work with food to appear that way. We were absolutely disgusted. We were debating onthe salad bar or an entree but after seeing his appearance, we chose the salad bar (which is around the same price as anentree). He was extremely rude when we said we just wanted the salad bar and asked us rudely multiple times if we were sure wedidn?t want an appetizer. Then rudely again says ?well you can go get your food whenever you want now.? We never saw him again.Our drinks sat empty and we had to grab him in order for our check. There was a total of 4-5 tables in there while we were thereso it was not busy. The couple tables that he had around us, he went over to multiple times, blatantly ignoring us. If this isthe kind of service and appearance they allow, we will never be back. Read more
Went there for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and we added on the salad bar. The first... round was great but we went back for a second go around and all they had for lettuce/greens was spinach. They just need torestock more frequently and this place would be 5 stars. This is one of the few restaurants left that still has a salad bar and it is delicious. They have all kinds of toppings that... allows you to make the perfect salad. Their food is average but I mainly go for their large salad bar. Read more
We arrived about 30 minutes before closing so I'll say that upfront. I ordered fajitas, not exactly the best choice but it... sounded good. The tortilla were hard and tasted like they had mold on them. The rice was rice pilaf, not Mexican at all. It wasvery underwhelming. The service was fantastic. We never had to ask for a refill and or plates were gone as we finished. Supersweet and efficient. The burgers and chicken strip dinner that everyone else had was hot and tasty. My food wasn't. My meal was excellent in the restaurant! My waitress was excellent! But I ordered carrot cake to go & it was a huge piece... (didn't look at all like the picture on the website). Got it home & started eating it - it was very dry & there were no walnutsin the piece at all as advertised! I only ate about 1/4 of it & threw it away. I wasted $7.49 on it & will never order itagain! Read more
