Jayla was such a unhelpful employee, rolling her eyes and making irritated faces while we were being helped by Teddy as he... explained why the kids meals no longer have a cookie like before..he rudely interrupted and said.. hardly any of the locationsgive you a choc chip cookie any more..just a fortune cookie. Which is incorrect because we just had one built down the streetfrom us and they definitely still do and have them displayed in the front. However she continued to make herself apart of theconversation that had nothing to do with her, Teddy was well capable of explaining but she just found an opportunity to be rudeand disrespectful and took it.... Mid Rivers Mall location: my daughter?s lo mein noodles were very dry. Barely get any entree portions. Buy a bottled drink or... get a drink from somewhere else if you insist on eating here. Their soda fountain has a mold taste to it. Probably hasn?t beencleaned in forever. The only order food court option is Charleys! Do yourself a favor and buy from them!!!! Their food is greatand your drinks won?t taste like mold. It seems like every Panda Express location is really going downhill. Will never spend mymoney at another location ever again! Read more
NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Horrible. We go to another PE every week with great service and food. Here it coat more and... is half the size! I ordered 3 orange chicken... Got the same amount of meat as my husband's orange chicken and fire chicken. Youcan see from the fork they use the smallest boxes. Read more
Their food makes me sick 75% of the time. It's gotten somewhat better recently but if you don't go at peak lunch hours you're... bound to get really old nasty food. Eat elsewhere if you have a choice! Read more
Maybe I just caught them on a good day judging from the reviews, but I ordered from Doordash and I was blown away at the quality... versus the Lake St. Louis Panda Express. My food all arrived hot and fresh despite needing at least a 20 minute job to get to myhome. They weren't out of anything, the hours were correct, and my food came quickly through DD to boot.
