not a very busy night. Lots of staff working. out of 3 dishes, only 1 was good. the 2 others lack flavor, taste and quality. My... steak had more fat on it and was not cooked right. Cajun Chicken pasta was just chicken pasta. had no cajun flavor at all. verydisappointed. Read more
My husband and I were just at the St. Charles MO location; we sat in the bar area and was served by the manager, LaShonda, this... weekend. She just made our day: Such a beautiful smile, attention to service, just a great experience! We couldn't have askedfor a better experience. What a bright, shining light! (And, yes, the food was good, too ) AND: The young bartender, Melvin isjust as awesome! We always try and sit in their "bar" section because of the great service with a smile! Love them both! I ordered my food through the app, and another member at my house ordered online. After you check out/pay it tells you to park... in the designated spots and they will bring the food out to you. We did that, and they didn't come. We did go inside, whichwasn't a big deal and got our food. Unfortunately we did not check the orders before we left and when we got home each of uswere missing one meal, and the other person was missing a salad, and dessert. Plus one of my salads were the wrong salad and oneof my sandwiches were made incorrectly. After calling up there they said they would replace the meals, salad, and dessert. Itwas close to closing time when we made it back up there, and they were originally not going to let us in. We did check the foodthis time, and they had forgot AGAIN to put in the salad and dessert. The manager did give us each a 15% off our next order, butwe won't be going back for a while. Read more
