Went through the drive thru and the person that was supposed to take my payment was too busy on their phone, so I thought the... window wasn't open until I drove past. Jamie, the manager on duty gave me attitude because I didn't pay at the previous windowand when I told her what happened, she got an even bigger attitude with me because she can't properly manage her workers. We went in to eat there...stood at counter for about five minutes until we realized that we were not going to be waited on... there. There were two young ladies standing there before us in line. There were only 3 people working there. And they were goingas fast as they could possibly go. The drive thru line was busy...and besides us, there were probably about ten other peopleinside. We ordered at the kiosk...it took about 15 minutes to get our food. I did finally see a little sign...about 6 x 6"downlow, at the front counter that said to please order at kiosk. Our order was brought out to us by a very nice woman whoapologized for the wait. We felt bad about the circumstances that these three people were working under. I hope the owner ofthis franchise is aware of what is going on. Quite a few people walked out. They may need to adjust their hours if they areunable to find enough people to work. Read more
We have tried this location a few times as we don?t eat fast food too often, but the last time was on Wednesday at about 7... o?clock. Not a long line, but the outside intercom was not working. There was no sign, just a fun experience of waiting and notgetting our order taken until we figured it. Chick-fil-a is the best fast food place on Mid Rivers. Read more
I gave it a 4 star because I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered a medium size french fry. There were so few fries in... this container. My 3 year old grand daughter was able to eat all of them along with her chicken mcnuggets.. I did not feel I gota good value for my money for what I paid for a medium looked more like a small or kid size portion. Read more
Staff was nice but a lot of the self serve station was out of supplies and fries were cold and stale. I threw my basket of fries... away. Nuggets were good, burger was not typical for mcdonalds, didn't taste right. Read more
This McDonalds has always had speedy service and hot, fresh food. From breakfast to dinner, they care about what they do and it... shows! All of the employees are very kind and the inside of the building is always clean. It is also one of the few McDonald'sthat still have a fish tank! Read more
This McDonald's used to be very good. But now it has become bad. Cold food. Wait time for drive thru has gone from just a few... minutes to over fifteen minutes. Don't know what happened. Poor management or just lazy employees. Read more
