Terrible!! I did a mobile order. When I got home I realized they forgot our large fry. I returned via the drive thru and... explained. I was questioned about the time (fair), if I had a receipt (fair), and if I simply forgot to add the fry to my order.I checked before I came back and it was definetly their error. I was also asked if I wanted to buy another fry. No! She knew Ihad a receipt as I told her I did. Why she didn't ask me to pull up right away to check my receipt I have no idea. Sheeventually did after she berated me about their mistake at the speaker. There was a male at the window who wasn't any nicer. Iexplained to him I didn't know why the employee was acting like I was lying. He said it was procedure. Checking my receipt maybe procedure and that wasn't my issue. Being irritated with me that an employee made a mistake and accusing me of being the onewho messed up is my issue. When I went to pull away, the male employee said loud enough I could hear that I needed to come backnext time with a better attitude. I didn't have an attitude until the poor customer service shocked me!! How about next time youdon't mess up orders and if you do...take ownership!! When I was a young lad, I would look out my car window. And in this particular restaurant I saw hope. Hope for my future and for... my career. I used to dream of going to McDonald?s because of their crispy fries and juicy burgers. This particular McDonald?shas certainly changed my life for the better. From the happy smiles and comfort of the staff to the exquisite pristine amazingfood I couldn?t have asked for a better childhood than McDonald?s. Read more
Stopped in for inside dining. I gotta tell you, this was one of the cleanest and efficiently ran McDonald's I have been in for... some time! Ordered a double fish wit extra tartar sauce on top and bottom meal. Everything was Fresh and Hot and tasted Great!Cudos to the crew and managers!! Well done!!! Read more
Pretty upset and going to mid rivers from now on. Just went to pick up mobile order and got there waited about 13min till we see... the app say thank you and have a nice day as if they brought food out. So gave few minutes and nothing. So had to go in and askwhat happened to our order. They said breakfast is over. So told them I ordered at 1015 and got an alert our food was broughtout and was not. After another 5min I get my order with barely an apology. I understand delays but just to make times look goodthey cleared our order then forgot about it. Not professional and has happened a few times lately just not this bad and is lasttime I'm going back. Read more

This is sad. 15min wait and no line for 10 dollar meal both overcooked.biggest problemis you can see they gave one normal size... but then the other is not even covering a quarter of the bun. Ordered a large and got a med fry as well. Don't go here Read more
Always been a great experience @ this location Spencer & Mexico intersection. Only a couple times was my order fubar and usually... it was because I didn't read screen checked if it was correct or I simply forgot and thought I ordered it. Regardless if I amwrong , they still make my experience ???? by providing me with what was missing on a return visit or that day if I have time togo back up. Andrew was my favorite but has moved on to bigger and higher pay grade, took a run for the border Mid Rivers @ 70nowadays so if I feel like Yo kero Taco Bell & have a few bucks to tip the fastest, sweetest dude I run for the boarder, chantmy order,pull up on window, tip 3$ in quarters :) Read more
