Went here for the first time for breakfast and was not disappointed!! Got the Cousin Jeff?s, which was corned beef hash, topped... with two eggs, topped with biscuits and gravy. A big mix of deliciousness, and very flavorful gravy. Was also told they have aJamaican night on Fridays for a different set of meals and I?m looking forward to trying that out as well! Thanks for a greatexperience! ? Read more

Had a typical eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast meal for breakfast. The sausage was almost burnt, but edible, the hash... browns and eggs we're fine but the toast was another story. I had to remind my server about the missing toast even though shehad asked me what kind of bread I wanted, then she finally brought it to me without asking if I would've liked some jelly to gowith it. Another server actually brought it to my table. Refills on my ice tea were few and far between. The one unpleasantaspect was the fact that two of the servers had extremely long hair that would away every which way when they were scurryingbetween the tables. I don't know if that is an acceptable sit-down Restuarant policy in most of the other establishments I eatat but it should not be allowed. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasent with a lot of memorabilia on the walls and most of theother customers seemed to be enjoying themselves but to me it was fairly obvious that the servers lacked any practicalexperience waiting on tables in a public food providing business. Went this morning for breakfast. Had the eggs benedict, and my wife had French toast and bacon. Everything was great. ... Atmosphere was great as our waitress and the whole staff was very friendly. Looking forward to going back for Jamaican dinner.Sounds like fun. Read more

I try to get breakfast here once a week. Good food, good staff, good service, good atmosphere. Highly recommend it. Their... biscuits and gravy are great, and their country fried steak is fantastic. They also do Jamaican night on Fridays! The plantainsare delicious, and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, though the oxtail was my favorite. Falls right off the bone. Read more

My favorite place for breakfast. I've had so many good things. Eggs Benedict is my go to, but the omelets are excellent too.... They use fresh veggies which makes all the difference. Not only is the food good. But the service is excellent too. Everyoneis super nice and very attentive. We are very lucky to them nearby. Read more

Edit 2022: First time here since new owners. My portion of food was large, but lots of hash browns, not sure my dish had the... advertised 4 eggs and less cheese/meat/onions. Also, took a long time to get order taken and worst, they advertise a 3.99%discount if paying cash. So paid cash, no discount and the waitress did not even give proper change (bill was $31.74 and sheonly returned $8 from $40). Hope they get there act together, but for now the 5 star review is now 3:-( Read more

We went there on a Friday evening. The place was spotless, clean. Menu was short, but the food was amazing. We had jerk chicken... and ox tail stew. The spices on the chicken were perfect and the ox tail was tender, tasting like grandma's pot roast. Friendlystaff, a little bit of the islands culture in St. Peters. The two of us ate really good food for $50 total. It's worth a visitfor sure. Skip the chain restaurant and come here instead. Peace. Jn. 3.16 Read more

My husband and I goes to this diner for years every weekend. He always order the Papa Johns and I order Cousin Jeffs. Couple of... months ago, this diner had an upgrade and with under new management the place changed. New decor, new interior look and itsgood. But the change was not for the better. At the first weekend after the new management, the food took so long, almost 1 hourand a half. It was understandable because of the adjustment. Every weekend we still go and have our breakfast and it gets worseeverytime. Today, might be our last visit to this diner. My food was swimming in oil and grease and I can?t even eat half of it.I was draining it out of my plate to a napkin trying to eat breakfast. The cook has definitely changed and can?t keep up withthe fast pace of this diner. It was quiet as hell. The bar side is empty, there were vacant tables where it usually isoverflowing with a long line waiting. Cindy was not there to greet everybody, We no longer see Ashley and Stacey who were soexceptionally wonderful, no offense to the new servers , they did good too but I feel like the management is not seeing that thelong time regulars are not coming in anymore. The old servers are not around, the old time regulars which we got to know andfamiliar seeing with every weekend are not coming anymore and the food is bad. I hope this business will pick up for the betteror will go back to how it usually work. Read more
