Came through a drive thru. Was told to come to the window cuz the sign was broken. Wait 20 minutes until line clears. Pull up to... the window and ask for 8 piece. Response "I'm sorry, we don't have any chicken". Then what are you selling, sides? The foodproduct is in the name. Had to drive away without any chicken. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Girl in drive thru was extremely rude. Short changed me 1.50. Gave... me a half full soda. 0 napkins even when asked for.
