It?s unfortunate how understaffed the Jack in the Boxes in my area are. The staff that did show up to this location on this day... looked exhausted but they still put on a smile and worked together to take care of all the customers. I felt so bad for themaybe 3 or 4 max staff members that were there this day. The drive through line was consistently wrapped around the building andthe dinning room was also opened. Despite this, when it came our turn, they were so apologetic (not even their fault tho), ourorder was correct, fresh and hot. Read more
I don't usually leave bad reviews for fast food restaurants, but today I'm just frustrated enough to do it. Maybe it will save... someone else from having the same experience. The speed, service, and accuracy at my local Jack in the Box have never beengreat. Today I spent a long time in a short line. They charged me for 8 tacos and only gave me 4. I don't have time to go backand no one will answer their phone. Just totally not worth my time and money. Will not be going back. Read more
Service was friendly, food was a wait but I guess relatively fast since it was made fresh and everything was HOT! Have not... been to Jack in The Box for years...it was a good experience. LOVE their new mini tacos (may not be new...but new since I havebeen there last..lol). Will go again if ever in the area again. Read more
One star is being generous. When I first arrived, I forgave the rude, unprofessional greeting I received at the drive thru... speaker. Figured it was early...maybe the guy was out of his normal position. Got to the window and waited FOURTEEN MINUTES tobe greeted in any fashion. The greeting came in the form of both my drinks being combatively thrust out the window at me as ifthe 14 minute wait and the inability to manage his job is somehow my fault. Again...not a word about the wait. Not an apology.Not an acknowledgement of any kind. Instead....I received two bags of hastily packaged, leaking food. The pancakes were inedibleand the iced coffee was so watered down I threw it out. I called the corporate "Customer Service" number provided on thesmallest, most inconspicuously placed sticker on the side of the building. I doubt I'll ever hear back from them, but there arePLENTY of other options for you to choose from in the area. Don't give this place or their absolute lack of management your timebut especially not your money. The man working there this morning and anyone involved in his training does not deserve ANYTHINGfrom you based on his and their work ethic. Why do the hours of operation show open at 6am when they clearly are not. I stopped by at 8:30am on my way to work this morning... and there was a cone blocking off the drive thru. Tried the doors and they were locked too. I?ve been coming here for over 10years now. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I understand staffing issues but come on. Same thing happened last week exceptthe employee out back smoking yelled they?re only doing ap orders. Either fix it or close it. Doesn?t make much sense tocontinue to run your company?s name into the ground. Do better. Read more
I am currently waiting in line. It has been 30 minutes and there were only two cars in front of mine. I ordered a chicken fajita... pita and they didn't have salsa. I understand understaffing, but if the wait is this long, you might as well not open at all.It's called fast food for a reason. I could get served better quality food much faster at a restaurant. Sat in the drive thru line for 10 min behind 2 cars. Didn't move, wasn't sure what was going on, I feel like every time I go to... jack in the box, I can't get any food. I have been craving it for like 2 months now and they are either closed because ofstaffing issues, they are out of tacos (supply/ordering issues), or the service just takes too long. I just want some deliciousgreasy tacos ???? Edit: maybe instead of shooting out responses like "please do this survey so we can fix internally", youshould take a look at the 100 reviews at this location that say you need more staff and your service and food needsimprovement.... i'm not going to waste 10 more min of my time when you can clearly see an issue just by scrolling for 2 minutes. I haven?t had jack n the box in so long because it was hard to find a good one, I went today to this location and everything was... perfect, she got my order right, repeated my order, was very nice and fast. Food was really good as well! Thank you we missedjack n the box lol!!:) Read more
