Service was extremely slow for not being busy. Nobody working the counter so you had to use the kiosk to order. Food tasted good... but wasn't hot, which was surprising considering the slow service. Also, the quesadilla.. see photo. Might as well have not cutit at all... ???? Read more
The food wasn't that food. I got a chicken toco that had some pieces that were under cooked and rubbery. The rice was also under... cooked, had a lot of pieces that were hard (not cooked). Also ordered a steak toco ans got ground beef. To do the order you haveto use those screen kiosk and it was dirty, tried to go up to the counter and was told it wasn't open. Told them thw screen wasdirty and was handed a napkin. No one seem to care how things were done. Don't recommend at all. Read more
Quick stop during Road trip turned out to be the best tacobell I ever had. Everything was fresh and the taco shells weren't... soggy like they usually are everywhere else. Actual crunchy tacos! Imagine that! Read more
Very disappointed. The Crunchwrap Supreme was cold and shell fell apart and the cheese wasn't melted. Most of the ingredients... ended in the bottom of the paper wrap. And to top it off, I ordered an ice tea. I was handed tea without ice. I said, there isno ice, she said our ice machine is broken. Do you think the customer should be told when they order. Had problems with their online ordering and they won't take your order at the counter but one cashier who was not on the clock... came to help while the other workers did not offer to help. Not everyone likes the kiosk systems, my father can't read and theyhad about 50 sets of finger prints on them. Praise to Tariah for stepping up. Thank you so much! Friendly person. It's mostly drive through only the food was ok the service was ok it just took 30 min for 2 tacos and a chlupa if they fix this... problem I would have given them 4 stars Read more
