Reviews for Starbucks in St Paul, MN
Ridiculously expensive. People were friendly and it was clean, but it was over $3 more than in other airports for same thing. ... So it was either rung up incorrectly or way overpriced. It took awhile due to a long line and didn't debate it, I needed myorder started. I will skip this Starbucks in the future. Read more
My super hunky bf and I were traveling from MSP to Atlanta recently. We had troubles with our trip to say the least. Our flight... had been delayed and then canceled the previous evening,l. Needless to say, we were not in ideal moods when getting into line atStarbucks. The service was good overall, and we did not have to wait long despite the long line. However, this review is meantto give praise to one worker: Lily. Lily works by the counter and is responsible for calling out drinks. (She has apparentlyworked in this role for 30 years now!) We have never seen someone at an Airport show such infectious happiness. She made us andothers feel so very welcome. You could just see the others waiting couldn?t help but smile, as well. Give Lily a raise!!! Read more
Short line and quick service. Mixup with the Nitro Cold Brew, I don't like being limited to medium as the largest option. I... prefer to get an actual large coffee when I say large, especially when its priced so high. Read more
Typically I avoid leaving a negative review - but I had a long morning of missed flights. I was feeling bad for myself so I... spent my 150 Stars on my free drink. I?ll never do this again at an airport, that?s on me. Short Version - they don?t know howto make a Shaken Espresso at this location. Long Version: I ordered ahead and got a fairly watery iced coffee instead of myespresso. No worries initially - it happens. I had time to kill, so I waited 15-20 in line and let them know my order came out abit funky. I hate going for that but it was gross and it?s like a $6 drink normally. They proceeded to give me a black-syrupyiced coffee that was worse than the watery one. The workers were so kind, so I shared a smile and thanked them for their hardwork. That being said, next time I?m in MSP Airport, I?m just going to Dunkin? or Caribou. Read more
First of all, it is a very busy starbucks and one would guess they will stock up on things constantly. I saw many in front of me... asking for few things and would leave empty handed. I asked for a nitro cold brew which was being advertised on the giant screenin front of me and they say they are out of it, I asked for a caramel Frappuccino and guess what, out of Frappuccino. I settlefor a hot coffee and I was served an absolute cold one. I had to go back and demand a hot coffee and they had to make one.Absolutely worst Starbucks I?ve been to. Read more
Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Staff was slow rude manage was dancing on the floor while people where waiting... for drinks and food. I order a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccion with heavy cream double blended. I got a mocha cookie crumble. On top of my drink bing wrong I got charged 55 cent for blended 2x. What? When did Starbucks start charging for this? Read more
I wanted to give this plus a redemption shot, but unfortunately it provided the same as last time. Now I can understand folks... may be short staffed and the pandemic has crippled the workforce, but this same experienced happens to me back in 2018 and 2019.I am better off at Caribou Coffee. Which is where I left mid line to go. Read more
