My food was ice cold. Again. Fries were cold and rubbery. Asked for Arby's sauce before they bagged my food and after and the... assured me it was at the bottom of the bag. The bag was so full I didn't want to pull everything out. Not a single packet ofsauce on the bag. Just straight lied to me. Read more

Was completely and totally insulted by the woman at the drive through who belittled me for asking for a order of large nuggets... and mozzarella sticks instead of saying a 6 piece of each. And threw the food at me and refused to give me a receipt and when Icalled to ask for her name she informed me it was her at the drive through and hung up?.this was the absolute worst experiencein my life period. It's an Arby's to stop at on a road trip (at least as far as our family is concerned). There is a gas station attached to this... particular Arby's. That makes it a little more convenient to stop at. You can get gas and some hot food all in the samelocation. The Arby's at this location also has a drive-thru. It's an Arby's though. You either like it or you don't. I don'tknow if we would go to this fast food chain nearly as often if it wasn't for my youngest who absolutely loves their roast beef.Considering how picky that child is, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get her to eat anything that isn't candy or chips(a.k.a junk). I'm sure most parents with a young child that is picky as my kid is understands all too well. As far as fast foodchain's go, in my opinion, this one is on the more expensive side but I'm willing to pay a little extra if that's what it takesto keep my kid from ever eating at McDonald's. The food here is usually pretty good though so I guess that also makes it worthpaying a little bit more for. I only mention that though in reference to the question where Google is asking how much on averageyou spend per person at this establishment and (especially now when everything around us is so much more expensive) I'm tornbetween the $1.00-$10.00 or the $10.00-$20.00 rates. They were out of curly fries, which was a major bummer, but the lady at the register was super friendly. For me, that goes a... long ways these days. In retrospect I really dont need all those fries. Had they been the curly type, I would've eaten themALL. The Kidz Bop KAZOO alto sax toy in my 4yo's meal is essentially a nightmare, and should never have ever been produced, butthat isn't this specific locations fault, lol. Read more
