I come to this location daily. Quality has always been amazing but this mornings customer service was terrible. I get my husband... and I bagel sandwiches most days and we get them made different than each other's. The girl working the window has the windowopen and asks the worker behind her which bagel was which because they weren't labeled, the worker says "I don't know make themfigure it out" That type of comment was completely out of line to say in front of a customer, let alone making me have tofigure out who has which bagel when a simple marker and one letter on the bag would have solved it. Customer service is terribleanymore and it really makes me sad. Read more
