I regularly take my grandson every sun. Afternoon it's always a wait of 20 -30 min. This is the only place he wants to go and we... take my dog for the wag cup they offer. This past visit was a nightmare! I had waited almost an hr. Figuring they were shorthanded. Well my food was taken to another car then tossed in the trash I found out after i went to the door. Night crew should be fired. Gave them 3 chances and each time has been a terrible experience. Been cursed at more than once... during interaction for no reason. Kept my cool about it because there?s no need to stoop down to their level because it?s just adrive thru. They don?t know any better apparently. Super unprofessional and I will not be returning here. Don?t know their namesbut they work on the weekends from my timeframe of going and during the evening. Black guy at the drive through window was theworst, second worse was the young white girl with colored hair. I?m one usually not to call someone out because I understandthey probably don?t want to be doing this as a profession or whatever else, but 3 times in a row? Good luck with that. Read more

Onnnn POINT. Everytime... Want the best burger? go during morning hours order 1/4 double cheese it's sooo good. Cook in morning... is perfect... Night time cook.... Not so much Read more

This sonic location is terrible, please don?t waste your time going here. Today we waited 45 minutes for two drinks. We only got... the drinks after leaving the stall (because they weren?t answering the call button) and going to the drive through window to askwhere the order was. This has happened the past four + times we?ve tried going here. Another time after waiting about 30 minutesthey brought our order out and it was missing mozzarella sticks. We pushed the call button to ask about the them and the workertold us they were out of mozzarella sticks. So they had knowingly given us the order without an item we paid for and saidnothing about it. I guess they were hoping we wouldn?t notice? We called customer service and they couldn?t even refund theitem. We were instead given a coupon for mozzarella sticks that required an additional purchase to even use. Read more

Today had to be by far the absolute worst experience & it was my 1st time there in years for myself personally. I arrive at the... stall, place my mobile order, check in & start to wait. While I wait, 3 men walk up, place their orders. The person taking theorders even comes out several times back-&-forth to get their order because she can't understand what they're saying on the box.Makes their orders (drinks, fries, sandwiches for 3 people). They collect their food & leave. Drive-through. 2 cars come through(after the men and after me as I'm there before any of them.) Drive through takes & fills those orders. Those customers leave.I'm still waiting. For what? A medium, classic milkshake. Only after I press the bell to ask about my milkshake do they even say"oh you have been here a while". 1st excuse offered: it didn't show me checked in. I showed her on the stall screen it had myname & that my order was in the kitchen & showed her in the app where it said it was being made. So I'm checked in. The nextexcuse was that 2 tickets (with the same item) printed out for me & they weren't sure which was for me. Never mind the fact noone came out with even 1 of the 2 tickets. Or asks me about the tickets. Reminder: the tickets were the same so it wasn't aquestion of one shake or the other. It was the same ticket twice. Lastly, I'm told well the others don't really care about workas much as I do. I need my job & I want to keep getting tips so I came out to try & make sure everything was OK. This is afterI'm there for 20-30 minutes for a milkshake. She is the only one to even acknowledge I was there & the only one to offer anapology. But she wasn't the 1st to see me. She was more like the 4th or 5th person to see me. I was the only customer made towait that long for my order during the time window I was there. The drive thru was packed so I pulled into a spot, thought it might be quicker. Nope, 20 minutes for two drinks. The entire... drive thru was clear. No one was even in the pull up spots. Not sure why it took that long they must have had to squeeze thelemons! Don't be in any kind of a hurry, you'll just get mad! Read more

We ordered through the app. First issue: young lady brought us the wrong order after waiting 10 min. No big deal-it?s two... working & one cook. 2nd time: she comes up empty handed asks us to repeat the order & if we ordered through the app. We saidyes, she goes back in. 45 min later, she finally comes with our order and she forgets one of our shakes. I get it, y?all areshort staffed but after the first time you should?ve made it right heck even the second time. We asked for a refund and gotignored. People who got there after us were getting orders before us after they messed up. Never again. Editing to add my entirehouse complained that the shakes tasted sour as if it was spoiled -_- Read more

Only 5 ched r peppers when should be 6. Tater tots were over cooked. Bacon Cheddar Toaster came out on regular bun with no onion... ring & burnt patty (when I pushed the red button to question, I was told "we must be out of TX toast") - I had also requested notomato. Wanted to try new pickle fries, but they were out. They were also out of chopped onions and had a sheet of paper overtheir ice cream selections, so I assumed those weren't an option either - has happened before. Ordered a Rt44 Diet StrawberryLimeade, but got a Cherry Limeade - guess it's my fault since I didn't notice it on the order screen.
