Terrible experience! The server was busy talking to another one in the back room so she took longer than normal to make my... sandwich. Also, I got stomach upset and diarrhea after having their sandwich. The bread was old too. No, I will not come back tothis place. Read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a pretty bad experience here. I went through the entire sandwich building process only... to find out that the credit card reader was not working. Customized footlong BMT but I had no cash to pay for the meal becauseit's 2022. I was on my way to work but I was patient while they tried to figure the issue out. They couldn't, and instead ofjust giving me the sandwich they had already made, they took it back and I left empty handed. Hopefully it made for a gooddinner for someone, but at my cafe, if someone's order has already been made and our computer/card reader is down, we just letthem have what they ordered without charging them. I swiped my Mastercard with 15% tips and they say it didn?t go through and have me paid again. They said if it went through it... should have receipt print out. I inserted my card as usual and took out after I saw ? Approved. Remove your card.? I said it?syour machine?s problem not my card. But they?ve hold my sandwich and not give it to me unless I paid again. So I paid with cash.When I started driving back to home, my phone send me a message from my card that Subway took my $11.57 for that sandwich. Icannot believe this!!!! I paid double and that Indian old lady Subway cashier is horrible! Barely have clear communication andall she said is you need to pay again. ? swift this time not insert? The ladies and one gentleman behind the counter making my sandwiches were nice and friendly. However, the young lady at the... cash register was terrible. When I asked for a receipt she literally just threw it down on my sandwiches and had this angrylook on her face, then when I asked for a couple forks you'd think I was asking her to cut off her arm. Ordered online and picked it up. Got home to find 7 of my sandwich ingredients were missing, and onto of that they put olives on... my sandwich which I did not order. Second sandwich was missing 3 ingredients. When I complained Mike, the "manager" asked me ifI had the right location because his employees would not mess up like that and claimed they could not find the order.. This location apparently resists corporate efforts to refresh the brand - same ingredients and same tired menu. I?ve tried this... location a few times and have left disappointed on all occasions. I was told I could make a purchase through the app and theywould substitute the sandwich that wasn?t available via the app. After ordering, the manager told me they wouldn?t do that andwas unhelpful in finding a solution. The food was bland and extremely salty. Bathrooms were dirty. Management was unhelpful.Not a place I?ll return to. Read more
