Gave myself 20min extra to stop and get a coffee. When I got in the place there was 3 people ahead of me. There was a girl and... a guy working. The girl was taking orders but barely doing anything else. The guy was bustin his a$$. Well... I waited 15minand had to leave. I had already paid. I asked for the sandwich I ordered, thinking that may be done. Nope. I asked for itcold and I would warm it up. She reluctantly gave it to me. I left without a drink and a cold sandwich. Basically donated $10to this caribou. Learned my lesson.... go to a different coffee shop if limited on time. Read more
Favorite Caribou location! Great employees, always fast and friendly service. Drinks are done right and the atmosphere is great... for studying. Comfy seats and clean bathrooms. No complaints! Read more
I am a regular at this location I spend an average of $25 dollars a day . There are currently two employees that work every day... and I have never had any issues with orders or customer service. Only smiles timely service and great milk chocolate nitros. Iwould like to publicly say thank you and you are appreciated. This is for all the complainers that somehow feel entitled toproject there miserable life?s. This is a time of Covid (pandemic) and unfortunately it?s hard to find employees that want towork. I ordered large but they gave me what looks like midium I ask them why it?s too small that said that?s what we have for large... scammers They over charge people, Order small because their cubs are all smaller than the size you order,I am verydisappointed Will never stop by I have been coming this location for last 3 years but no more sorry unfriendly staff Read more
