Due to Covid, Regional Hosp. patients can't go down to get something yummy. An idea: if Tim's left a pile of menues with... envelopes at nurses stations - patients could check off their order & include payment before noon, then Tim's could collect themand deliver in afternoon with any change in envelop. Well..went to this Tim's twice over the weekend. The first time the young lady on the cash was rude, and the end time while we... waited in line we saw a bagel sit in the bottom of the oven until it caught fire... the flames burned themselves outeventually...a minute or two after that the guy came over, buttered it, stuck it on a bag and handed it to the person waitingfor it. And while not exactly "Tim's" (Tim's took the money for it) the wrap we bought at the beginning of the Tim's counterwas dry and tasteless. And food has to be pretty bad for me to say it's bad.... This location is a poor facsimile of the real thing. I would have preferred to have had Subway here with better healthier meal... choices. I do not like that the hospital made this political decision to contract out food services like this in order to cutcosts. Read more
