So not only are they short staffed, the staff they do have are ignorant and don?t know how to do their jobs. If a drink is wrong... and you leave it on the counter and continue to take orders while the person said they?ll take the improperly made, melteddrink, that?s rude. I was super excited that Starbucks was moving their location closer to my work place and home. My partner and I are frequent... Starbuck?s customers. So far, I have been to the new location 4 times and all four times something in my order was wrong. I canhandle my drinks being wrong, as long as they still taste okay...but the last three times I ordered a Bacon, egg and Gouda withno bacon, it comes out piping hot with bacon on it. Eeewww. I never had an issue with incorrect orders at the old location. I amnot typically one to complain and I am guessing it?s because their drive thru is busy a d the staff seems mostly new. I hope itgets better or I will have to start only going east or uptown for my coffee and food. Read more
