Giving them a one-star rating Reason being is , we ordered almsot 2 hours ago and our order still hasn't arrived yet. I tried... calling the store only to talk to a receptionist in Ontario, who's taking the calls , which is totally odd. Had we known it wasgoing to be at least a 2 hour wait, we would have never have ordered anything. And if this is the new system , (since they'removing stores) we will no longer be ordering. Always friendly customer service, love their pizza.
Overall their pizza was good! No complaints there! I ordered a small and it is perfect for just one person. Bonus point for... being located next to the Delta Hotel which is where I was staying. Just letting you know they still don?t do dine in. Only takeout unfortunately. Read more
The "supervisor" we spoke too on the phone while we were amending our online order was very short and constantly talked over me... as I tried to explain the changes I needed and subsequently when my wife called she received the same treatment...As the callended we could here her mocking us for trying to get the details correct...Extremely poor customer service and we will neverconsider this restaurant again.... Probably the best pizza joint in the city or saint john... pizza is always cooked good and not raw, lots of cheese on the pizzas... .. make sure if you want a pizza night to try it out. You won't regret it Read more

You would think for $51 dollars it would be way better than this. 2 small pizzas with barely any sauce and not spread right.. I... mean the picture actually looks good like there is sauce but I was hoping to bite into an evenly topped pizza..with evenlytopped sauce.. not all clumped through it like that. Very disappointing.
