The north location just seems to be sub par to any other location. I received a pizza so uncooked from here that the dough was... literally stuck to the parchment paper, I?ve never had this happen with a pizza before. They replaced our pizza but it was stillso greasy and soggy that it was barely edible. We order from the west location and get such good pizza every time, so I?m notsure what?s up with the north location. Read more
Don't buy from this location!! October 2022. Brought pizza home for several people. Luke warm pizzas and garlic finger. Warm... night, so wasn't the 6 mins drive home. They forgot the dipping sauce we paid for. Called back and they refused to deliver it. Had to drive back to the store. By time got back had to microwave pizza and fingers as they were now all cold. Very poorcustomer service and bad attitude from staff. Never go there again! Read more
I took my wife and 2 children here for a dine in evening. They screwed up our order badly 2 times in a row causing us to wait... for 1.5 hours only to take our food to go. They offered us $10 off the bill however we could have still purchased more food forless money if we would have got one of their take out specials. This is the second negative experience at this location in arow. Maybe this review would not have happened if the staff spent less time loudly fighting with one and other in the kitchenand more time focusing on their jobs. I will not be returning to this location. We had ordered a family meal from this location on the weekend and they had just started using a new machine and the dough was... not fully cooked through. We sent an email to the location to advise of the issue and within 24 hrs we received a reply with anapology and our order replaced. The customer service we received from this location is by far the best I have ever experiencedin this city. We will definitely be returning ???? Read more
This is a quaint pizza restaurant. It sits in a cozy plaza along with Shoppers and Dollarama. The food in here is pretty good... and the staff is very pleasant. The deco and seating homely and tidy. There's tons of parking in this plaza. I would definitelycome back here. Stay safe out there people and please, be kind to one another! Read more
Excellent service for dine-in. First time having donair, and fell in love with it. The Greek pizza was also very delicious.
Meat balls were a little tough but spaghetti was great
