Twice I had booked reservations and specifically told them that it was my child's birthday and asked if they still did anything... for birthdays, mainly just coming over to sing Happy Birthday because that's what we always used to do before covid andtraditionally my kids always wanted to go there for the birthday. Last two times I've gone there we made sure everything was allgood and then nothing. We had an order of beef nachos and there is only a handful of chips for $20. There's a local food truckthat sells nachos that is massive and well done for under that price. The chips are the cheapest part so why skimp on those?Everyones sides were also done before the food because you could tell that everything was sitting under a heat lamp. The frieswere oddly chewy and the apple slices from my son's meal had turned brown because they were sitting, it doesn't look appealingon a plate. Just cut it up before it comes out, it doesn't even take 20 seconds to do. And you get a small Dixie cup of madefrom Powder gravy, for $3. The people working were nice, but that's where it stops. We were today for the first time, ordered Canadian burgers. Potatoes and salad and sauces were great, but the burgers are not... takin tasty, especially the taste of the meat inside.. I couldn't even eat half.. :( Read more
I met my parents there for supper as it was a busy day for them and they wanted to relax and have a good meal, and that we did!!... We ordered a couple of different appetizers, the new beef antojitos which are DELICIOUS, and the pull-apart bread which wasreally good. The sauce on the pull-apart is a little rich, but still tasty and a good choice. For their meals my parents eachhad ribs which were done perfectly. Myself I had the Firecracker burger which was pretty good. I will say that a suggestionwould be to maybe make a switch to freshly made burger patties instead of premade frozen ones, but I do get why a restaurantwould use them, but I just think that freshly made patties would make a world of difference for your burgers. I ordered thegravy with my fries, which I have never had there before and I have to say your gravy is pretty good. I'll definitely be addingit to future orders. Our server Chantel did a really great job of waiting our table and was super friendly and cheerful and dida nice job in helping my parents in their choice for their meals and keeping our drinks topped up. Give that girl a raise! =) Idid have a little fun teasing one of the other servers a bit when we heard some of the servers doing that birthday cheer thingfor someone elsewhere in the restaurant, and I noticed she had hung back a bit to do something else, and also so that she didn'thave to do the cheer thing. I went for my grandmother's birthday! The was food was good for the most part. My mushroom skillet was burnt. The staff seemed... new and probably just need more training. I know finding staff is difficult at this time as well. Read more

The service was great and the food was pretty good. I had the chicken tacos with a side salad, and the tacos were a bit dry and... a bit cold. But overall it was a good amount of food and it was served fairly quickly. The place is just like every otherMontana's so you know what to expect! Read more
