This restaurant is disgrace! I ordered at 9 am on Christmas eve and asked for pickup to be at 4:15 pm. I was there on time, and... stood in the cold for over 45 minutes. I went to the window twice and was told my food would be right out. I got fed up and wenthome, which is almost an hour away from this restaurant. I got a call at 6:15 pm that my order was ready. I understand that itwas busy but there is no excuse for food to be 2 hours late when it was placed 7 hours beforehand.
