They dropped the pizza and I had to wait half an hour for another one. Very useless

Typically I won't write a bad review and love supporting new small businesses, however after ordering a few different times, I... feel I have to. Last night was enough for me. I really enjoy the steak subs there. They are probably the best in the city as faras I am concerned. Having to pull over to dial the number because you can't just ask Google to dial the number and then gothrough all the prompts since there is no direct line online I was able to place my order. Fair enough, I am told I have to wait20-30 minutes. I do a few errands while in the area and arrive 25 minutes after placing my order. I am told my order hasn't beenstarted yet and there still 2 more ahead of mine and asked to wait another 20 to 30. NOPE! I went elsewhere. This was 1occasion! Another was placing an order, waiting 30 minutes to show up only to wait there another 30 minutes to be served,meanwhile my order had been sitting there the whole time. DONE! Called and asked for pizza specials with 1 pizza. Was told they had the $8.99 special. I said so I can get jusy one pizza he... said yes. Get there and they tell me I have to pay for two pizzas. I have never ordered from l here since it opened so I didn?tknow. I said that wasn?t my mistake was the gentleman behind her she said oh well haha. So I left. And that?s that neveragain. Our first couple of experiences at this location where less than desirable. First time crust was burnt, second wasn't cooked. ... I had all but given up but decided to give it one more try. I just wanted to give a huge Kudos to Laurie the new Manager atthe East side location. She never fails to provide outstanding customer service no matter how busy she is. I believe she was a manager but who every was training the whole staff today was doing amazing job by using positive attitude... and expressing how well they are doing.... She also was not afraid to ask is the staff knew how to.make each order as it came inand if they did not she was quick to help guid them threw the orders. Well Done Place is clean for a location near a highschool. One thing if not already addressed is get the menu boards back up hope they are working on next visit. Read more

Called 3 times before someone picked up. Ordered the fish and chips to try. I was told 20 minute wait time. I showed up 25... minutes later and was told it?s an additional 30 minute wait, because they haven?t started the fish yet. The fish is not worththe wait. Overcooked, dry and greasy at the same time.
