We went to Deluxe for the first time in over a year. I love their poutine so I ordered a 2 piece fish and chips made into a... poutine. I don't like my gravy on my fish so I asked them to separate them. No problem at all. I actually received an extrapiece of fish. Staff was friendly, food was good. No complaints. Read more
It used to be my ultimate place to get scallops and clams but unfortunately, the customer service has been terrible. I have... tried to look the other way but unfortunately, thisntime was enough. The online ordering system is not working. They have tocheck that you are on the list, which I was because I ordered that way previously and more than once, but they keep declining myorder despite the payment being processed. When I called, the employee just said that my phone number on file was not in serviceand hung up on me. I have not changed number since the 1st time I ordered there. Sadly, despite the food being good, their poorcustomer service is un redeemable. So much so that I do not feel comfortable ordering there anymore for fear that they could bemishandling my food. Had the two piece fish and chips. Fish was crisp and fresh. Fries were good, done in a chip truck style -- perfect with malt... vinegar! Counter person did not include tartar sauce even though I asked twice. Other than that, my one complaint was that thefood had not been drained properly out of the deep fryer leasing more oil than was necessary. Read more
The food was absolutely delicious, and it wasn't busy so the wait time was fairly short.
