Very sour food, Dal Makhni and Chana masala both were sour. Clearly they used too much tomato paste and not fresh tomatoes at... all. Messaged them on their website too, but they don't seem to care I guess. Read more

When the restaurant first opened, the food was great. I love chana masala and found it incredible for a "food court restaurant".... However, the last time I went, it was just chickpeas in what tasted like pure tomato paste- no spice. It was the worst chanaMasala I've had. Read more

This eatery proudly proclaims its food is authentic but the biryani was prepared like fried rice, as in quickly fried or tossed... with a masala paste, upon order, instead of being cooked in the traditional dum method. I should have known better when theserver asked how spicy I wanted it; had it been cooked in the traditional dum method, it would not have been possible to adjustthe spice level of the rice, upon order. For this to be possible, I would have had to have waited about 45 minutes ( instead ofthe 5 minutes I actually waited) for my chicken biryani, as the cook would have had to have started on my order, from scratch. My suspicion was confirmed when I found lumps of pure white rice within, that had missed the last minute stir-in of the masalamix. It was also garnished with scallions, which was glaringly inauthentic and deprived the dish of the requisite and beautifulfragrance of cilantro leaves. I'm not a stickler for food authenticity, but it should at least taste good and similar to what itclaims to be. This tasted like tom yam fried rice, had only 6 walnut-sized chunks of chicken, and an almost $19 price tag (aftertax), just for the biryani, no sides, no drinks, in a food court, serving in styrofoam, with plastic cutlery, mind you. Had Iwanted tom yam fried rice, I would have gone to a Thai vendor and ordered tom yam fried rice. Read more

I had butter chicken; which cost me 26$ (can you imagine 26$ for a butter chicken ). They don't give any salad or any drink... with that they gave 1 Naan bread which was frozen was grilled , Rice and butter chicken portion was realy small ; Please givevalue to customer money ; atleast if some one spending money give a proper meal that a normal person can fill his stomach . Iam very disappointed by the portion size ;cheap management Food make no justice to butter chicken and rates ; Well afterspending 26 $ ; I ate from McDonald's. This is not a type of restaurant I am looking to visit again . Read more

Worst indian food restaurant in Saint john. Food is always dry and oily. They gave left over korma instead of paneer curry once.... Biryani is just dry rice with masala. Over pricy for the dry food. Not worthy at all. Read more
