Ever since the new ownership the cooked food had always been an absolute disappointment, i feel like some of employees are just... ignorant family members of the owner of this location work here and don?t put any pride in their services. The food tonight wasawful, for one I didn?t receive what I ordered, after taking a bite of the burger I felt it was uncooked, upon furtherinspection it noticed it was indeed, uncooked. I asked for a new burger and asked for it to be cooked better. Once I received mynew burger it was once again barely cooked, not to mention tastes exactly like the frozen Pattie?s from Costco.. the ice creamis probably the only thing that keeps people coming to this location, if only there was another location in Saint John thatserved food, other than ice cream. I go here quite often & they?re very kind! They gave me a ice cream cone for free, totally unexpected & I thought that was... sooooo kind of them because they didn?t have to & I went there again on Saturday & again offered me another cone, I declined butstill, what a thoughtful & kind thing to do!!!! "Avoid" This place has gone down hill. No buddy speaks English which is an issue when trying to explain your order. They nuked... my wife's chicken fingers and the burgers where not fresh, just out of a drawer. Asked for water, they gave dollar store water,like really guys.
