Just was told there closing. Its 7:45, I didn't realize it takes 15mins to make a banana split. Oh well I"ll go to Sobeys and... buy my ice cream for half the price. Now I Know why this site has 2.9 rating. Pathetic, and lazy. Read more

Went through the drive-thru and they would not honor the rewards program saying they do not have a scanner, but they have the... stickers on the window right in front of them encouraging the use of the app. Did not flip any of the blizzards, all of whichwere melting from the point they were handed to us, then did not honor "upside down thick". We were missing a blizzard and theyfought with us until they looked at the receipt, which we had to request. Read more

Been trying for days to order a cake for my 6 year old daughter. Website is not working, and nobody is answering the phone at... this location. Assuming they are open, went into the this store on the day of the birthday hoping they could help out withoutprior notice (no one answering the phone). Found out they were having some issues with their phone. These guys are awesome, theywent above and beyond. Not only did they make a custom ice cream cake on little to no notice, they did an incredible job, beyondwhat I would have expected if I was able to pre order the day before online, they did it with a smile, and gave me a discountfor my trouble. These guys are great. Excellent customer service, real pleasant down to earth good people, highly recommend thisstore. Read more

Went to eat here at noon today. The young girl working was hiding behind a counter texting on her phone and there was a couple... waiting in front of me. I asked them if they had ordered yet because they couldn't see her from where they were standing. Theysaid no, so I got her attention and told her that she had a line. Got the oh Henry reese blizzard In a large ($7.00) after eating a little bit of it I noticed it was literally just ice cream... like they?re regular vanilla with the smallest hint of anything I Henry or reese you wouldn?t even be able to tell it was ablizzard just looked like vanilla with flakes of chocolate throughout it. I went up and complained about the amount of toppingsin it (next to nothing) and compared it to the picture which looked like it had huge chunks of candy in it and instead of simplyremaking it they both just sat they?re and argued with me for about 5 minutes until hey finally remade it and we?re very rudethe entire time. If the service and overall product they gave wasn?t bad enough none of the people that work there can speakEnglish well enough to work there in the first place. Very sad place. Read more
