I wish there was a plus option here. Because the pizza was quite good.. the dough was much like homemade. There was an abundance... of toppings. The only negative thing I can say was about the sauce. Called order in, when we arrived the order had been lost, resulting in us having to wait again. Usually, businesses offer a... small discount or additional product to keep their customers happy. The order was also wrong and the pizza was so spicy , myhusband and children couldn't eat it. I used to like this place but I won't go back. Read more

Really great pizza at a great price. Picked up a 12" square pizza and some wings on July 25, 2022. Price was right on and so was... the taste, plenty for two people. Owner was very congenial too. Read more
Called at 1:20am after a night out with my friends and was told the pizza would be there shortly. Waited patiently until around... 3:00am. Called again at that time and was greeted with excuses about the delivery service and how they had no way of gettingahold of them and said that the 3rd party delivery service ended at 2am even though we placed the order 20 minutes after 1am.They then said that they would get our order remade and send it out asap. Again, we waited until 3:45am and we called back tosee where the pizza was and they instantly got defensive and accused us of threatening them when we just wanted to know wherethe pizza was and when it would arrive. We told them that since we waited 2.5 hours we would not be paying for the pizza becausewaiting that long for delivery is a bit ridiculous. They then resorted to cussing, yelling and completely talking over us on thephone. In all they have horrible customer service and will not be ordering from them again which is a shame because all of myprevious experiences with them has been great until now. Ordered from this location regularly and once in a while the quality was lacking but I didn't complain because I believe in... supporting small business, especially in these trying times. That said, the last three times I ordered the toppings were a messand lacking and sloppy compared to the previous orders. I discreetly brought this to their attention and was very polite in howI raised my concern since I would like to order again from them. However, they did not respond for weeks, so I sent anothermessage and asked if this was their contact email and they simply replied that was it was without any comments regarding myprevious message to them. It doesn't send a good message to a loyal customer who lives in the city when a message is perceivedto be ignored, especially considering how I was patient and didn't complain until it happened a third time. I wish I had aphoto of the pizza before that was done well but all I have are photos of the last order. I have not ordered from this locationsince that last order as much as I enjoyed years of ordering from them overall. This is the importance of customer service.Sometimes I ordered through my partner or friends and so this is not a one time customer. I order 1 to 2 times a week for takeout. If I ordered once a week from Big Daddy's at $25 average that works out to $1300 per annum and $13000 over ten years! Ihave reverted back to tried and true Romano's Pizza. My point is that I will order take out one way or another but if you wantthe advantage (as a business) of returning customers then when an issue is pointed out you probably should just make it rightfor the customer and let them continue supporting your business. Veggie sub with Donair Sauce. One guy said was the 3rd person in 9 months to order a veggie sub and the other guy had never made... one. Both were very friendly and the sub was awesome. They're the top rated pizza joint in town according to trip advisor so Iwas hoping their oven baked subs would be as good and it was awesome. Read more
Very good customer service. Gentleman was very polite. As for the pizza, it's good, not great but passes.
