Placed an order for pick-up. I arrived at the scheduled time (1 hour after placing my order) and was told it would be an... additional 25 minutes. I waited patiently in my car 25 minutes. When I attempted to pick up my order for the second time, Iwas told it would be another 25 minutes. This time i waited inside the store and watched people pick up their orders in thetime that was originally quoted. I just wished they had been upfront with me and told me that they failed to process my orderinstead of stringing me along with excuses. Read more
Have not ordered in a long time and it will be a long time til I order again! They had my sons name on the order did not update... anything. Changed my mind about small Cesar salads but they refused to remove them from the order, pizza was cold, breadsticksok. Not worth it and not the first time managers were rude. Read more
I really like the food and if there?s anything wrong with my order they call me pretty quickly. The only problem I have is the... delivery time. The only pizza place I order from in Saint John. They're always offering coupons, make good food, and have friendly staff. I... wish I didn't have to pick up the pizza once I collect 12 pizza pieces off of the cardboard boxes. I always have a bunch of kidsover when I order pizza so I'm unable to pick it up. Read more

I called her several times with questions and updates to our order and she was very friendly and helpful! We placed a very large order on Sunday afternoon and the customer service was amazing on the phone! Honestly the best I have... heard in a very long time. At the store they repeated the order again, it was ready prior to our time stated. The food wasexcellent as always. And in this day with everyone being short staffed still, I have to commend this establishment for stillhaving excellent customer service on the phone and in person.
