I could go on and on about what a wonderful restaurant and experience Just a Taste is. The food is incredible, highlighting... local ingredients and house-made pasta. I look forward to the new specials with every changing season. Recently I had the halfroast chicken that was PERFECT. The drinks, as well as the server?s knowledge of great pairings, are delightful. Speaking of theservice, everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It?s been our go-to spot for at least 6 years, and I?ve neverbeen disappointed. I?ve been going to Just A Taste since it opened in 2015, which is the same time my husband and I got together. We went on our... first real ?fancy? date here, and I?ve been hooked ever since. They treat everyone that enters the door like family. The farm totable food is second to none, and I find it hard to eat out anywhere else because my stomach just feel a GOOD when I eat here.There?s a meal selection for most dietary needs. The staff is always so knowledgeable and welcoming. The thing I love most aboutthe cocktails is they aren?t your typical bar drinks, they?re all craft. Amazingly made. This restaurant is an absolute gem. Their food portions and quality is just perfect. Service and ambience couldn?t be better. I... am just in awe that we have such high quality restaurant in a small town of St James/Rolla. We tried the Vegan Risotto, Ricottatoast, Duck wings, chocolate torte, and they were all perfect. My daughter and now son in law had there wedding reception here last night. It is beautiful inside and has a wonderful... atmosphere. Staff was charismatic, friendly, fast and very professional at there job. Food was exceptional I had the braisedbeef it was packed with flavor I really really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and paired with local red wines was so good. Read more
