My first impression were the reviews. I saw some people had great experiences here, and others didn't. The phones weren't... working when I parked nearby, so I walked over and dined in. The food was ok. - I was trying to eat in peace, enjoying theprivacy of being the only person there, and one of the individuals there starts talking to me about how some customers make himmad, and the things he does in retaliation. A specific example this employee used was one time this lady comes in complainingabout the food, so he takes the name and number of this customer and bans her from the store. - Dude... All I'm trying to do iseat in peace. I really don't want to hear about your other customers and how you abuse your authority in retaliation to them.Seriously. Keep your comments about customers to yourself - talking about customers in front of customers, is extremely badbusiness etiquette. And used to be grounds for termination of employment. - I've seen other reviews over the years where it hasbeen mentioned that this individual talks bad about customers in front of them. Things haven't changed. I wasn't impressed.I'll probably be back as I pass here often, I can only hope that he doesn't ban ME for voicing an opinion. Read more
We had incredible customer service from the moment we walked in all the way to the moment we walked out. We had a pizza full of... toppings and a price that was very affordable. Plus, walking in I felt as if I was a child again. Loved the atmosphere!!! Read more

Upon entering this nest of nostalgia I had an instant feeling of going back in time. I felt the same excitement as I did in... grade school cashing in my book it to get a personal pizza. Everything from the vintage red glasses to the hanging lights itall brought back fond memories of my childhood. The hot fresh food was a welcome change compared to luke warm home delivery. I really feel this brand could make a huge comeback if they added more "classic" locations. Well done! Read more
I did take out and am only basing this on one experience. I would probably give it 4.5 stars if that was an option. I had to... call back several times as they have no call waiting or any sort of way to avoid a busy signal. The help on the phone wasprofessional and personal. They were great. Got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I arrived on time and the pizza waspiping hot and just boxed up. Paid quickly. Their pan pizza is great. Read more
