Absolutely unacceptable period. Fries were disgusting even after we asked for new ones. They couldn't change the C O 2. Out of... Diet Coke. People walked in, waited patiently, no one came to the counter. Rude, swearing, and my wife had to take a dine inorder to a guy who had a number. The employee just slammed it on the counter and said muffin and coffee. My quarter pounder hadmore mustard on it than anything. I understand times are tough for some of these places but it starts with ownership holdingemployees accountable to McDonald's standards! Failure across the the board. We came in at 7:30-8 pm waited to have our order taken the entire crew was so rude and so unfriendly the entire time we were... there, the buns were completely drenched in grease, and while we were eating the crew was cussing and using profanity, I alsowent up to get napkins and 3 employees passed me not once asking me what I needed. Wonder how many people who gave bad reviews went back the next day and ordered food again? Haha! What can you say about any... McDonald?s? It?s hit or miss. It?s used to be good service M-F during the day but even that?s not always true.
