Went to Dutch bro yesterday mid morning and waited in line for over 15 minutes, some guy took our order and I asked him why the... long wait he said oh we are short on people. 3 cars from the window still had a 15 min wait. Got to the window and noticed the 5people were standing around visiting the blonde girl handed me one of the drinks and I went to reach for the other one andrealized they hadn?t made it yet. When she finally handed me the drink it was wrong. I said I ordered a large white chocolatemocha and can you believe she said well that?s not what?s on my tablet I said excuse me I clearly told him large white chocmocha! She said well it said medium I said are you kidding me ? I?m not going to argue with you so I grabbed the drink and saidwe will never be back. Very disappointed as this used to be a wonderful place and who the heck would argue with a customer? Mygod! Read more
I wish I tasted the drink prior to us pulling out.. I ordered a majestic forest iced lemonade but it was basically just... lemonade. If I pass through again I won't be stopping in here again sadly.. because I do like my Dutch! Read more
Been going to this location for the last year or so since it?s in walking distance to my work. I normally walk up to the window... and get greeted right away and in a minute or two they take my order. However I walked up to an open window today and stoodthere for about 5 minutes and didn?t even get acknowledged. This was around 2:21pm on Sunday 5-22. Walk back to work, got in mytruck and drove to a different coffee stand and got great coffee. While I was drinking that coffee from a different coffee standI deleted my Dutch bros app. Never going back. Found a new great coffee location. Read more

While their coffee drinks aren't my favorite, they're consistent and always friendly. They want to make it better if it's not... quite right too. Great service and my daughter loves their hot chocolate. Read more
