They have fairly decent food, though they are constantly making guests wait before even being allowed to order. There is also a... distinct lack of decision making at this location. On several occasions, when a customer is trying to find a compromise to anissue at the store, the employees and especially the management there have been very indecisive and are too lazy to considerwhat you are saying. Their management has been known to take recommendations as to how to run their store from people who haveabsolutely no involvement at their store. This includes possible new hires. Usually the task of hiring new employees is left tothe owner of the location, or even to the managers. This does not extend to the people who may live in the neighborhood wherethe store is located. The managers at any given time through a shift will not be straightforward with you. They are all veryhabitual liars. It is not worth the visit, I would not recommend them to anyone. Read more

Unfortunately, Taco Time closes at 8pm. I wasn't able to buy any food. Why close so early on Friday and Saturday nights? Need to... stay open until at least 10pm or 11pm. Short on staff? Hire more people to work. ?????? Read more
Horrible customer service. Pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru after another car pulled away and was told they would help... me in a minute. Ten minutes later, and numerous ?hellos? into the speaker got no response. I pulled around to the window to findthe car in front of me (only two people in it) still waiting for their food. This is beyond staff shortages, this is also notfast food anymore. This is hiring a warm body to wear a headset or figure out how to make a food item that has all the same fiveingredients as everything else on the menu. This is incompetence, and customer service at its worst. Read more
The lady at the cash register was very fun and pleasant. The lady who was preparing the food was amazing too. I Don know how... she could keep up with the orders being all by herself but she was doing and really fast. There was a male in the back cookingand they all worked like a well oiled machine. With all of the employee shortages right now these 3 people should be commended. I hope they see this. Thank you for a great meal ???? Read more
Employees don't even acknowledge you at the counter. 2 Walked by multiple times without a word and of course my order wasn't... ready as they had to acknowledge I was here for it to even start it apparently. Only thing right about this place is the lobbyis at least clean. Read more
