I showed up at 6 PM on a Wednesday night and they were already closed. It says on their hours that they?re open till 8 PM.... Pretty bad when you can?t rely on them to stay open for the amount of hours they?re supposed to. Read more
Convenient inside Target store even picked up a free bag of coffee grounds for my garden.
Went to the RiverRd location and asked for a Raspberry Carmel macchiato a d was told raspberry was discontinued , I asked what... they had to substitute that and they said they didn?t have any thing and then asked for another secret menus and was told theyneeded the ingredients and they said they had the hazelnut syrup discontinued then I gave them another and was told they neededthe ingredients again, I said every where else you guys look it up, they says they don?t! I went to the one inside Smithsgrocery store on Bluff and asked for a substitute for the discontinued raspberry and she was so nice to offer options and thensuggested to add the Strawberry would be the best mix?? that?s customer service! This is normally my favorite Starbucks because the Baristas are super friendly and they always get my order right which I can't... say about some of the other Starbucks in town. The problem lately is that they have been completely closed on some days now theyare only open until 4 pm. I hope this is a temporary issue because of Staffing and not a permanent one. Read more
