Ordered 4 pizzas online, 2 of which were for a member of our family that has a dairy allergy. As I waited for the pizzas to be... made, a worker named Brynlee, was complaining out loud to a fellow worker about how disgusting our dairy free pizzas she had tomake were. I was completely shocked and went up to her and explained they are made that way due to an allergy. We have alwaysloved that Papa Murphys caters to those with allergies but this was down right the worst experience I have ever had. To have aworker so rude and careless about how she spoke about an order with other customers in the facility is absolutely disrespectful. Read more

Kudos to Papa Murphys. You can get gluten and dairy free now. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was with food... allergies. They were friendly, professional and even showed me an ingredient list. I recommend highly. Read more

I love papa Murphys and we order from them all the time, but, they NEVER read the "customized" part of your order. For the sixth... time in a row, they've just ignored the part where I customized my pizza when ordering online -nothing hard, just leave off twoof the eight toppings. Each time I think, "maybe they were busy and just missed it." But it's happened everytime I've ordered. So I'm finally reviewing. They have got to notice the details or stop giving us the option to make the changes. It's a waste oftoppings. Read more

I love the Take and Bake. I experimented with the pellet grill and it turned out great. The large is a Chicken, Bacon Artichoke... cooked in the oven and the medium was cooked at 450 degrees for 30 minutes on a Green Mountain Davy Crockett Grill. Both wereexcellent. Read more
