Gas prices are always something that complain about, but instead I will take this chance to say: the Freal?s are delicious?
When I was working nights, I was often disappointed that they empty their coffee before midnight, which meant I had to buy... energy drinks instead. I'm not sure if it's company policy to not have coffee through the night, but I found it veryinconvenient. Read more

Purchased gas here last weekend and within 2 hours we experienced such severe hesitation in our vehicle that it made our check... engine light come on. Had a service station look into it and he said it was fuel related and due to bad gas. Spent severalhours getting it resolved with a fuel addive. Reported it to Maverick customer service but they denied our claim even thoughour vehicle worked great prior to the fuel purchase. We will never buy fuel again at Maverick...they won?t stand behind theirproducts when you have a problem. Read more
4 clerks standing around in a filthy store. The soda machine is always covered in sticky spills, and the gunk building up behind... it makes me nauseous every time I try to give them another chance. I understand that spills around a soda machine are common,but when they have been there long enough to dry up and get sticky, they've been there way too long. And the floors! Yikes! Iusually drive past this store and go out of my way to use any other Maverik, but occasionally stop in to see if I'm being tooharsh. Nope, I'm not. Read more
It's a typical Maverik, lots of pumps, clean, and a wide open layout to find anything you need. Always my top pick as I know... I'll get a great fountain drink every time and a decent coffee. Always well lit at night for security. Read more
Well, I stopped at this Maverick for one thing and one thing only: gas. And unfortunately, their gas pumps suck. You need... gasoline and there are only 2 requirements: you want it to pump fast and you want it to fill your car up. In my experience,their pumps fail at both. I can probably spit faster than these pumps (ok, not really) and for some strange, unknown reason thedarn thing popped about a quarter tank short of full. I even clicked three times to make sure. Unfortunately, didn't realize thefailure until 10 minutes later on the freeway. Buddy used another pump and also noted the laziness of the pump so I know thatwasn't isolated to mine. Didn't go inside, just wanted gas. There was a street sweeper doing circles around the joint, so theymust try to keep it clean. Are other Maverick pumps slow? Maybe they are. One day I'll know.
